All cancellations must be made in writing, sent mail or email prior to the seminar start date.  Cancellations received 45 days prior to the start date will receive a full refund, between 44 and 31 days will receive a refund less $50.00 processing fee, between 30 and 15 days will receive a 50% refund and 14 days or less no refund will be issued.
